Who we are

This website and our services are provided by JokerStudioCo, a sole proprietorship of Rajnee Kumari, registered in Bihar, India (GSTIN 10ICAPK3895P1Z4, Udyam UDYAM-BR-26-0227268). "We", "us" and "our" mean JokerStudioCo. Contact: askjokerstudio@gmail.com, WhatsApp +91 90194 38175.

Quotes and agreement

Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price, what's included, the number of change rounds and the delivery date are set out in a written quote sent on WhatsApp or email. Your agreement starts when you accept the quote and pay the first payment.

Payments

• Orders under ₹1,500: full payment in advance. Orders of ₹1,500 or more: 50% advance, balance before final handover.
• Pay only by UPI or bank transfer to accounts in the name of JokerStudioCo or its proprietor.
• GST is charged where applicable and shown on your invoice.
• Third-party costs such as domains, paid tools, stock photos or printing are billed at actual cost and paid by you.

Your responsibilities

• Send accurate information and content on time. Delays in your content move the delivery date.
• Make sure you have the right to use any content, logos, photos or customer data you give us.
• Check that claims about your business (prices, qualifications, health or food claims) are true and allowed by law.
• Keep your passwords safe and change them after handover.

Changes and extra work

Each quote includes a set number of change rounds. New features or requests outside the quote are quoted separately. If you don't respond for 30 days, we may treat the project as delivered.

Ownership

When you've paid in full, you own the final work we made for you, and we hand over the files and logins. Until then, the work remains ours. Our own tools, code libraries and know-how stay ours, and we give you a permanent licence to use them as part of your work. We may show your finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee Google rankings, numbers of reviews, followers, calls or sales, because they depend on factors outside our control, including Google, WhatsApp and other platforms, which can change their rules at any time.

Our products

Products sold on Etsy (such as Fidget Funds and our spreadsheet systems) are also covered by Etsy's terms and each product's own terms.

Liability

We work with care, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Disputes

Please contact our grievance officer first; most issues are solved quickly. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts with jurisdiction over our registered place of business in Bihar will hear any dispute, without affecting your rights to approach a consumer commission.
