JokerStudioCo provides digital services and digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.

How we deliver

• Previews and final files: on WhatsApp, by email, or in a Google Drive folder shared with you.
• Websites: published on your domain, with login and files handed over.
• Accounts we set up (Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business): configured on your own account, in your name.

Timelines

Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the day we receive both your advance and the content we need. Typical timelines:

• Business Website: 5–7 working days
• Google Business Profile Setup: 3–5 working days*
• WhatsApp Business Setup: 1–2 working days
• Brand & Social Media Kit: 3–5 working days
• Custom Billing & Business Software: 5–10 working days
• 30-Day Social Media Calendar: 3–4 working days
• Promo Copywriting: 24–48 hours
• Business Operations Docs: 3–5 working days
• SEO Product & Menu Descriptions: 2–3 working days

Your exact delivery date is in your written quote. Printed items (such as standees or visiting cards) are sent as print-ready files for your local printer.

Delays

If we're going to miss a date, we'll tell you in advance with a new date. If the delay is ours and you no longer want the work, see our refund policy.

Digital products

Etsy purchases are delivered instantly as downloads by Etsy. Smile Ledger is personalised and delivered on WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment.
