If you have a complaint about our services, an order, a refund or your personal data, please contact our grievance officer.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
• We aim to resolve it within 15 days, and at the latest within 30 days.
• Please include your name, phone number, what you ordered, the payment reference, and what went wrong.

You also have the right to approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
