Pay to start
Under ₹1,500: pay in full. Bigger jobs: 50% advance by UPI or bank transfer.
Preview & changes
You see the work first and ask for changes.
Balance & handover
Pay the balance, and everything is handed over in your name, with a proper invoice.
Payments
- Orders under ₹1,500: paid in full once you accept the quote.
- Orders of ₹1,500 and above: 50% advance to start, balance after you approve the preview.
- We accept UPI and bank transfer, only to accounts in the name of JokerStudioCo or its proprietor. We will never ask you to pay anyone else.
- A proper invoice is issued for every order.
Changes
Each service includes the rounds of changes listed on its page. Extra changes, or new work beyond the quote, are quoted separately before we start.
Handover
On final payment you receive every file, link and login, in your name. See our delivery policy and refund policy.
Working hours
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Messages outside these hours are answered the next working day.
