In short: this website doesn't use tracking cookies or ads. We only collect what you send us on WhatsApp or email to quote and deliver your work, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

This website and our services are provided by JokerStudioCo, a sole proprietorship of Rajnee Kumari, registered in Bihar, India (GSTIN 10ICAPK3895P1Z4, Udyam UDYAM-BR-26-0227268). "We", "us" and "our" mean JokerStudioCo. Contact: askjokerstudio@gmail.com, WhatsApp +91 90194 38175.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, phone number, email, business name, city and the details of what you need.
To deliver your work: the content you give us (text, photos, logos, price lists) and, only where needed, access to accounts such as Google Business Profile or your domain.
Payments: the transaction reference and payer name shown by your bank or UPI app. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN.
This website: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address to serve the site and keep it secure. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

The contact form on this website stores nothing. It only opens WhatsApp with your message filled in.

How we use it

To reply to you, send quotes, deliver your work and issue invoices.
To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records.
To send you updates about your order. We will only send offers if you agree, and you can say "stop" any time.

Your customers' data

If you give us your customers' data (for example, a list for a broadcast message), we use it only to do the job you asked for, we don't share it, and we delete it when the project ends. You are responsible for having your customers' permission to message them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with services needed to do the work, such as WhatsApp, Google, email and hosting providers, and with authorities where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Chats and project files: up to 12 months after your project ends, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them for future changes.
Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires (usually 8 years).
Account logins you share with us: returned or removed at handover. Please change the passwords after handover.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to askjokerstudio@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days and act within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, contact our grievance officer, and you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We use strong passwords, two-step verification and access only what the job needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
